So it looks like the BANS admins have finally updated their catagories database. If you have a skeleton folder of your customized BANS files all you need to do is copy over the database.sql file. If you have customized the BANS database.sql file you will need to either copy over the categories from the new file into your file or copy over the customized parts of your file into the new database.sql.
