What Happens: You go to take a look at your sitemap.xml and you page gives an error saying it’s not well formed, whatever the hell that means =)

The Error: XML Parsing Error: not well-formed

The Fix: One or more of your pages url’s has a symbol in it (eg: & / , etc.) Remove it and you will be all good!
